The Board said "there is no such thing - are you saying you want to withdraw the previous application and submit a new one?" Tony's people said no, no, forget it, we'll get you the requested information by the "end of the summer". While Tony's people were getting this together, they asked the Board to grant them a limited provisional license. After that, the Board asked for revisions to several plans and for more information. There were several objections including from the First Nations and the mining board in Canada (I forget the exact name, I'm going from memory here). After that the application was submitted for public comment. The Board reviewed the Application and wanted further clarification on some items which was provided. ![]() They sent a letter back to the company that handled the filing and that company did nothing for a year. The initial application was incomplete - it was missing several pages and some of the required information wasn't adequate to what the Board wanted. Tony hired a company in the mining industry to file the application for him.
